2. Product Categories & Purchase Options

Our premium tier projects offer two purchase options:
- Buy: Lifetime access with full source code, documentation, and 30 days of free support
- Rent: 6-month access at 30% of the purchase price with documentation and limited support
2.2 Cost Effective & Simple Learning Projects
These projects are available for purchase only (Buy option). They include:
- Lifetime access to project files
- Complete documentation
- 15 Days of free support
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before project delivery.
- We accept payments via WhatsApp order confirmation
- Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Rental fees are non-refundable once the access period begins
4. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the project does not meet your expectations or does not function as described.
Refund requests must include:
- Order confirmation details
- Reason for refund request
- Documentation of any technical issues encountered
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
5. Support & Warranty
5.1 Free Support Period
All purchased projects include 30 days of free support from the date of purchase. Support includes:
- Technical assistance with project setup
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Clarification on documentation
5.2 Extended Support
After the free support period, extended support is available at additional cost. Contact us for pricing.
5.3 Warranty
We warrant that our projects will function as described in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover:
- Modifications made by the customer
- Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware
- Issues arising from improper use or installation
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Purchase (Buy Option)
When you purchase a project, you receive:
- Right to use the source code for personal or commercial purposes
- Right to modify and customize the project
- No right to resell or redistribute the original source code
6.2 Rental Option
When you rent a project, you are granted temporary access only. Rental access includes the following terms:
- Full product cost must be paid upfront at the time of rental
- Daily rental charges will be deducted from this amount based on the agreed rental rate
- After the rental period ends, the remaining balance will be refunded to you
- Early return is possible, but you must inform us at least 1 day in advance
- If we (the seller) fail to collect the product on the agreed date, no deduction will be made for that day
- If you (the customer) fail to return the product on the agreed date, we reserve the right to continue daily deductions until the product is returned
- You are not allowed to access, modify, or redistribute the source code
- You are not allowed to resell or use the project for commercial redistribution
- If the rented product is damaged, misused, or altered, the seller reserves the right to deduct the necessary charges from your rental balance
